PinMap 是一款以隐私优先为原则的地图记录工具。我们不运营自己的中央服务器来收集、存储、分析或出售你的个人数据；你创建的内容仅保存在你的设备及你自己的 iCloud 账户中。

1. 我们如何收集和使用你的信息
为了让 PinMap 正常运行并提供地图打卡、记录和附件功能，我们会请求以下系统权限。这些数据仅保存在你的当前设备及你本人的 iCloud 中。
- 位置信息： 用于在地图上创建图钉、记录地点和显示地图相关内容。位置信息仅在你的设备本地处理和保存，我们不会上传到开发者自有服务器。
- 照片与相机权限： 用于让你为图钉添加照片或视频。只有你主动选择或拍摄的媒体会与记录关联，不会扫描整个相册。
- 麦克风权限： 仅在你选择通过应用录制视频等需要音频输入的功能时使用。
2. 数据存储与同步
PinMap 支持通过 Apple 的 iCloud 服务在你的设备之间同步数据。
- 你的图钉、文本记录、照片、视频等内容存储在你的设备本地，并可通过你的 Apple ID 同步到你自己的 iCloud。
- 开发者没有技术手段或权限访问、读取、导出或修改你保存在 iCloud 中的私人内容。
3. 第三方服务
- Apple 地图服务： 本应用使用 Apple MapKit 加载地图及相关地理能力，相关处理受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
- 无广告与无跟踪分析： 我们不集成第三方广告 SDK，也不会通过第三方行为分析 SDK 读取你的敏感内容。
4. 适用地区隐私权利
由于我们不通过自有服务器收集或存储你的个人数据，你的大部分数据控制权天然由你本人掌握。你可以通过删除本地数据、删除应用或管理 iCloud 中的相关内容来控制数据保留。
5. 未成年人隐私
本应用不面向未成年人营销。由于我们不主动收集个人数据，我们也不会故意收集未成年人的个人信息。
6. 政策变更

1. Information We Access and How We Use It
To provide PinMap's features, we may request access to certain device capabilities. This data remains on your device or in your personal iCloud storage.
- Location Data: Used to place pins accurately on the map and attach records to places. Location data is processed locally on your device and is not sent to any developer-operated server.
- Photos and Camera: Used when you choose to attach photos or videos to a pin. We only access the media you explicitly select or capture.
- Microphone: Used only when you choose features that require audio input, such as recording video within the app.
2. Data Storage and iCloud Sync
PinMap can use Apple's iCloud services to synchronize your data across your devices.
- Your pins, notes, photos, videos, and related content are stored locally on your device and may be synchronized through your Apple ID to your personal iCloud storage.
- We, as the developer, do not have access to your private iCloud content.
3. Third-Party Services
- Maps: We use Apple MapKit for maps and related location rendering. Use of these features is subject to Apple's privacy practices.
- No Ads or Tracking Analytics: We do not include third-party advertising SDKs or covert analytics tools that read your sensitive personal content.
4. Privacy Rights
Because we do not collect or store your content on our own servers, you generally control your data directly. You can manage retention by deleting your local data, removing the app, or managing your associated iCloud content.
5. Children's Privacy
PinMap is not marketed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because we do not collect personal data through our own servers.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If PinMap's data practices materially change in the future, such as introducing server-backed features, we will update this page and provide notice in the app or on a public page.
